Basset hounds make super family dogs and Rex is no exception. He is mixed with...you make a guess, but his genes for friendliness are very strong! See his blurry tail in the picture? That's because it was wagging so fast the camera could hardly catch it! Rex loves other dogs, people, kids, really anyone who crosses his path is a friend. Especially if they will play with him. Still a really young dog, Rex is very playful and would love to have a family to love. He was found abandoned and hurt on a road and picked up by a good samaritan, who took him to a vet and had all his injuries fixed. Now healthy, healed and whole, he ready to go, Rex hopes you are out there for him and wanting an easy dog to love. He would like to play in your yard all day and curl up at your feet each night. A soft bed would be absolute heaven! Are you ready to be his angel? He is hoping and waiting...
