This is Betty, she is one of 4 hounds that were left at our shelter when they were 4 months old without any human contact. She is about 8 months old now and has learned that people are good. We have had her for about 2 months She is good with other dogs. He lack of critical socialization when she was younger means she might be afraid of young children who are very active and loud. She should only be considered for homes with older children or no children. But she LOVES other dogs and would be great with another dog. She has not met any cats so we do not know how she would do with them. She was really scared of people when we first got her; but now is really wanting people to play with her.
